Radix Asset Management Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Radix Capital Partners licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as a fund/portfolio management company. Radix Asset Management creates value for its diverse clientele bases including Banks, Pension Fund Administrators, Broker/Dealers, High Network Individuals (HNIs), and Investors in general. It provides both wholesale and retail investment instruments, acquisition and management services.

Portfolio Management

Radix undertakes Portfolio Management on behalf of Asset Management companies, corporate and High Networth Individuals either on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis. Radix also undertakes management of the Collective Investment Scheme (Mutual Fund).

MR. OLASENI ODUWOLE

Managing Director

Mr. Olaseni Oduwole is a highly experienced investment banker with extensive experience in capital markets, privatisation and divestitures, mergers and acquisition as well as structured finance. He was part of the team that commenced investment banking in FBN(Merchant Bankers) limited, now FBN Capital Limited in 1990 and at various times was Head of corporate finance, Head of Credit and Marketing and Chief Executive Officer of Premium Securities, now FBN Securities Limited.

He started his banking career in NAL Merchant Bank Ltd (now part of Sterling Bank Plc).

As the General Manager and head of Corporate Finance in Sterling Capital Markets, he was also instrumental to the institution becoming a leading investment banking brand in the country. He has assisted in the listing of a number of companies on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and handled some landmark acquisitions and divestitures transactions. During the consolidation of the financial industry, he played a prominent role in the mergers and acquisitions of a number of banks and insurance companies and also the fund raising exercises of the merged entities. A versatile credit officer, he was involved in the structuring of the financing model, among others, for the construction of major Nigerian infrastructures, including the gas pipeline for the Lagos metropolitan which involved a number of major financial institutions and entailed multi-products instruments.

Olaseni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA with specialization in finance from the University of Lagos. He is a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and also a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is widely travelled and has attended a number of management and product training programmes organised by INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, HASS School of Business, University of California, USA and Euromoney, UK.

Mr. Lasisi Suleman is a seasoned professional with a vast knowledge of the financial services industry covering Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Finance and Financial
Reporting.

His work experience spans across Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Treasury Management and Regulatory Compliance across varying industries.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow Member of the reputable Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (FCTI) and a Certified Treasury Analyst, Global Academy and Management of Finance in the USA. He is also a registered Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) and a registered Member of the Capital Market Operators (CMO) as Chief Compliance Officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He has further attended a management and leadership training programme in the United Kingdom as well as in a European Country.

He also serves as the Executive Director of Radix Trustees Limited and the Chief Compliance Officer for Radix Asset Management Company Limited, where his skills and experience have shaped the organization’s Capital and Compliance framework.

MRS. KEMI UCHE ELEANYA

Head, Investment / Executive Director

Mrs. Uche Eleanya is an Executive Director of Radix Asset Management Company Limited, where she leads the Investment Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University.

She is an ACI (The Financial Markets Association) Certified Dealer, a Fellow of the Financial Markets Dealers Association, and a registered Sponsored Individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Mrs Uche Eleanya has built extensive expertise across banking and capital markets, specializing in asset trading (interest rates, fixed income, and currencies), treasury management, asset liability management, portfolio and fund management.

Her career includes senior roles such as Head of Fixed Income Trading at Capital Express Securities Ltd, Head of Securities Trading at Growth and Development Asset Management Limited, Business Development Manager at Skye Bank Plc, and Chief Dealer at Mainstreet Bank Ltd, where she managed trading in Treasury Bills, Foreign Exchange, Naira,
and Bonds. She has also held dealer positions at Afribank Nigeria Plc, Unity Bank Plc and Pacific Bank Limited.

Since joining Radix Asset Management Company Limited in June 2022, Mrs. Uche Eleanya has brought strategic leadership, deep market insight, and a proven track record of performance to the firm’s investment operations.
